Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase, as Dusty Slab Ceramics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are determined by the shipping provider. Delays due to the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are unfortunately outside of my control.

At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact dustyslabceramics@gmail.com as soon as possible so I can assist you.
