Do you teach classes?
At this time I do not accommodate classes in my studio. If you’re looking for a class in the Treasure Valley area I can send you recommendations!
Do you take custom order requests?
At this time I do not take custom order requests.
What is your Shipping Policy?
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Dusty Slab Ceramics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are determined by the shipping provider. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact dustyslabceramics@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.
At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
Dusty Slab Ceramics accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please email dustyslabceramics@gmail.com for approval. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out via email.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds, without a return, are only approved if an item arrives broken.
To request a refund, you can contact me at dustyslabceramics@gmail.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What are non-returnable items?
Non Returnable items are marked as such in their product description. These include sale items or gift cards.
What is your exchange policy?
At this time we do not accept exchanges.
